Version 1.1 · Contacts active · 29 August 2026
2. Service model
Burgas Housekeeping organises services through the operator's own team. The site is not a job exchange, worker marketplace, temporary staffing intermediary or direct-hiring platform.
3. Enquiry and confirmation
Contact is active directly by phone and email. Every approach is a preliminary enquiry, and a service is accepted only after scope, time, access, price and terms are explicitly confirmed.
4. Models and prices
The five displayed models are informational and contain no invented prices. The site does not promise a fixed price without assessment and operator confirmation.
5. Property Care
Property Care is not security, engineering assessment, technical supervision or insurance. Visual checks cannot guarantee the discovery of hidden defects.
6. CityHelp
Possible benefits from 3% to 33% depend on an active partner, offer and terms. There is no automatic entitlement or guaranteed discount.
7. Liability
The parties clarify access, sensitive surfaces, personal belongings and known risks before a visit. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not restricted.
